Lori Lane offers a variety of staffing options to meet virtually any need. Staffing options that are most commonly used and offer you the best value for your money are:
Temporary Staffing - Need a few additional employees to cover special projects, or spikes in workload? Temporary staffing is the answer. We will assign employees that possess the skills you need to adequately supplement your existing staff. Candidates are available for short-term, long-term, and project placement.

Temp-to-Hire - Lori Lane's temp-to-hire program affords you the opportunity to "try before you buy." You are able to observe a Lori Lane employee during a 13-week trial period before you make the decision to extend an offer of employment. After the evaluation period, you can take advantage of our Zero Cost option of adding the employee to your staff or leaving him/her on our payroll until you are ready.

Direct Hire - Lori Lane's direct hire option allows you access to interview and hire qualified candidates looking for permanent work. All candidates are thoroughly evaluated and references are checked to verify past employment history. We will assist you in all phases of the hiring process from coordinating interviews to negotiating terms of employment.

6. What is Lori Lane Personnel Services's guarantee?
If you are unsatisfied with a temporary or contract employee's performance for any reason during the first four hours of an assignment, we will replace the employee at no charge to you, and you will not be billed for the unsatisfactory performance.
